Student Absence/Course Cancellation Policy:
1) There are no make-up classes for group classes and camp
2) For missed courses: homework, video recordings, etc. will be provided to the students.
3) For tutoring courses, any cancelation should be made 24 hours prior to the class. All cancellations and make-up classes should be arranged by the service center. Negotiation with the tutor is not accepted.
4) Cancellations due to bad weather. The center refers to notices from Westdale High School and McMaster University for any bad weather warning. Customers can also check our center website or Assistant announcements for updated information.
5) Cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances. Make-up classes will be arranged for all students affected.
6) All hired teachers have signed contracts with summit life learning. Teachers CAN NOT provide any services to the students without the center’s knowledge. Violations will be pursued.

Refund policy:
1）Enrolled courses with an insufficient number of students will be either refunded, given cash vouchers, or changed to other courses.
2) Refund requests can be accepted within the first week after the course starts. A service fee of $60 and an equal amount of finished-lesson fee will be deducted from the total amount.
