Discount and refund policy

Promotion Periods:
Autumn promotion period: August 20-September 5
Spring Promotion period: January 20-February 5
Summer Promotion period: June 5th-June 30th

Enrollment discount: （Only one selection; But there is an referry offer for another $10-50 cad)
1 Sibling discount,5%off for one of the children
2 New student discounts of $25 off or a free trial of a $25 class
3 Immediate discounts for new and existing students (during special periods and one-time payment options only)

C$20 off the total family price of $500 or more
C$50 off the total family price of $1,000 or more
C$75 off the total family price of $1,500 or more
C$100 off the total family price of $2,000 or more
C$120 off the total family price of $2,400 or more (up to $150 off the top line)


payment method:
1 Monthly installment payment (Contacting the center customer service is required. A form is required to be filled）
2 SEASONAL (spring, summer and autumn) or ANNUAL installment.
3 Online class registration accepts ONLY: E-transfer , WeChat Pay, and cash payment. A service fee of 15% on the total amount will be charged for any credit card payment
Student Absence/Course Cancellation Policy:
1) There are no make-up classes for group classes and camp
2) For missed courses: homework, video recordings, etc. will be provided to the students.
3) For tutoring courses, any cancelation should be made 24 hours prior to the class. All cancellations and make-up classes should be arranged by the service center. Negotiation with the tutor is not accepted.
4) Cancellations due to bad weather. The center refers to notices from Westdale High School and McMaster University for any bad weather warning. Customers can also check our center website or Assistant announcements for updated information.
5) Cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances. Make-up classes will be arranged for all students affected.
6) All hired teachers have signed contracts with summit life learning. Teachers CAN NOT provide any services to the students without the center’s knowledge. Violations will be pursued.

Refund policy:
1）Enrolled courses with an insufficient number of students will be either refunded, given cash vouchers, or changed to other courses.
2) Refund requests can be accepted within the first week after the course starts. A handling fee of $60 and an equal amount of finished-lesson fee will be deducted from the total amount.material costs can not be refund.
