A 13%\u00a0 fee will apply to any credit card payments made through the center.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Student Absence\/Course Cancellation Policy<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Group Classes &amp; Camps<\/strong>: No make-up classes available.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Missed Classes<\/strong>: Students will receive homework, video recordings, etc. for any missed classes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tutoring<\/strong>: Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. All cancellations and make-up classes must be arranged through the service center (not directly with the tutor).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Weather-Related Cancellations<\/strong>: The center follows weather-related notices from Westdale High School and McMaster University. Updates are also available on the center&#8217;s website and through Assistant announcements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Unforeseen Circumstances<\/strong>: Make-up classes will be arranged for students affected by unforeseen circumstances.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Teacher Services<\/strong>: All teachers have signed contracts with Summit Life Learning. Teachers cannot provide services outside the center&#8217;s knowledge. Violations will be pursued.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Refund Policy<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Course with Insufficient Enrollment<\/strong>: Refund, cash vouchers, or course change will be offered if a course does not have enough students.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Refund Requests<\/strong>: Can be made within the first week of the course starting. A $60 handling fee and an equivalent fee for completed lessons will be deducted.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Material Costs<\/strong>: Non-refundable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have any further questions about discounts or cancellations, feel free to reach out!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Refund policy:<br>1\uff09Enrolled courses with an insufficient number of students will be either refunded, given cash vouchers, or changed to other courses.<br>2) Refund requests can be accepted within the first week after the course starts.
